GenVeth ("we", "us") operates talent, training, and campus innovation platforms. This notice describes how we process personal data in line with the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), applicable US state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA where relevant), and security practices aligned with OWASP and NIST application security guidance.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, username, phone (where provided)
• Profile & career data: education, skills, applications, assessments
• Support tickets and contact form messages
• Technical logs: IP, device/browser metadata, security events

2. Purpose & lawful use

We process data to provide platform services, verify users and opportunities, improve security, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Security measures

• TLS for data in transit on production endpoints
• Access control via authenticated sessions / JWT
• Rate limiting and security response headers
• Least-privilege API access between modules and support systems

4. Your rights

5. Retention

We retain account and transactional data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal/compliance requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed on infrastructure in India and other regions used by our cloud providers, with contractual and technical safeguards.
